• Set a first meeting to go over your search parameters, time frame, and the buyer agency agreement.
• Provide contact information for a mortgage officer to provide you with a pre-approval letter, so we know the price range to start looking
• Set you up to receive via real-time email notification of properties from the multiple listing service (MLS) based on criteria you gave me about the area, price range, number of bedrooms and baths, basement, garage, etc.
• Set up appointments to see the homes you are interested in
• Offer my input as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)
• Contact the listing agent with any additional questions you have
• Give the listing agent your feedback about the home
• Get the property disclosures from the MLS and go over with you
• Prepare the offer with your input
• Provide contact information of attorneys to represent you
• Submit the offer to the listing agent
• Negotiate counter-offers and do whatever else I can to come to agreement
• Send the executed contract to you and your attorney
• Provide contact information of home inspectors and attend the inspection with you
• Provide contact information for cleaners, painters, remodelers, etc. for any special, personal touches you want to add
• Attend the final walk-thru of the home with you within 48 hours before the closing
• Attend the closing
• Celebrate the home is now yours!
